1. Q:My dog is healthy, can he/she still use your pool?  A:yes of course!!We initially designed the facility with injured dogs in mind but have many dogs who use our pool for fun in the summer and winter.
2. Q: What do I need to bring?  A:We would like our clients to bring some towels for your pup, camera (if you want), your dog and a towel for yourself...you are bound to get wet!!!
3. Q:Can I go into the water with my dog?  A: No, unfortunately only staff can go into the pool with your dog.  You are in the room the entire time and are welcome to throw the toys an encourage your dog!!

4. Q: Do I need a veterinarian referral? A: Only dogs that are under veterinarian care (after surgery, obese, pre-surgery etc.) need a referral.  If you believe your dog is healthy, you do not require one.  If, when you come for your appointment, we feel a referral is needed, we will contact your veterinarian and have the appropriate forms faxed to us.
5. Q: Do I need to have an appointment? A: Yes, we require that you make an appointment.  Later in the day books up the quickest as well as Saturdays, if you want a specific time book a few days in advance.
